Mission Statement: Anything can be different when we muster the courage to grow, change, and heal.
Agape Guidance Counseling & Coaching (AGCC) provides
Christian counseling services to individuals, couples, and families. We offer separate workshops for victims and perpetrators of abuse, violence, and family of origin issues. My partner and I run workshops and classes for Churches and Businesses.
We also have a division that provides assistance to individuals with physical disabilities.
AREAS OF FOCUS
1. Grief, Trauma, & Abuse including the areas of Shame, Abuse - physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, Trauma, anxiety, Stress Management and Relaxation Skills.
2. Conflict Resolution & Communication Skills allowing individuals, couples, and families to develop new behaviors and skills to talk, listen, and share. Learning to negotiate in ways that honor self and others is vital to developing and keeping healthy relationships.
3. Domestic Violence & Anger Management for individuals sentenced to complete either the anger management or domestic violence program. We DO meet the State of MN requirements and work closely with probation, parole, and corrections.
4. Employee Assistance Counseling for companies working to assist and empower their employees through the use of counseling, assessments, and interviews outside the company and/or company politics. It gives employees a safe place to share, grow, change, and heal when life's issues interfere with work.
5. Workshops for Churches and Business in the areas of Parenting, Non-Violent Communication, Learning Styles, Conflict Resolution, Finding God's Calling for your Life, LifeKeys, Prepare/ Enrich, and Building Intimacy in a Marriage.
6. Life Coaching for individuals changing careers, learning computer skills, writing resumes, interviews, and other job skills.
